In the matter of the estate of Frederic Senior late of Bethanie Waters, 18 Olivenza Crescent, Port Kennedy in Western Australia, previously of 50 Rapids Road, Mardella in Western Australia, Retired, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 April 2018, are required by the Executors of care of Fort Knox Legal, P.O. Box 390, West Perth, WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by 27 August 2018, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
