In accordance with the provisions of the Mining Act 1904, the Governor in Executive Council has been pleased to deal with the following temporary reserves. The rights of occupancy on the undermentioned temporary reserves have been renewed.

Notifies that mining licences are liable to forfeiture due to breaches of covenant, including failure to meet expenditure conditions or reporting provisions.
