It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Claremont Town Planning Scheme amendment on 21 December 2016 for the purpose of modifying the use class classification under Table 1—Land Use Table for Car Park in the Town Centre zone, from X and P* to AA, together with removing Car Park from the use class allocations under Sub-clauses (1) and (2) of Clause 61 Disposition of Uses.
