Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 june 2025, are required by the executor of the estate, raeleen teresa stevenson, to send particulars of their claims to her care of wallis legal, [contact details redacted] 3rd of march 2026, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
