Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) on the estate of the late Michael John Loseby of [contact details redacted], who died on 11/10/2025, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executors Shane Michael Loseby and Sean Douglas Loseby care of [contact details redacted] within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
