Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Oyster Harbour Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Oyster Harbour. The boundary of the Oyster Harbour protected area consists of Lot 7039 on Deposited Plan 194252. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
