Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Twelve Mile Reserve Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Twelve Mile Reserve. The boundary of the Twelve Mile Reserve protected area consists of the area labelled 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D' on Deposited Plan 426263 and the area labelled 'E' on Deposited Plan 426272.
