Creditors and any other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 november 2020, are required by the executor of the will of the deceased, to send particulars of their claims to formbys, the solicitors for the executor, at po box 369, south perth, wa 6951 by tuesday, 16 march 2021, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate of the late shirley joan taylor, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
