Declaration of class of customers to be prescribed customers for the purposes of section 54(3) of the Act is each customer who is supplied electricity at a supply point in a light regulation network who never consumes 1 200 MWh or more of electricity at the supply point in any 12-month period from 1 January 2020; and could reasonably be expected by the Pilbara ISO to never consume 1 200 MWh or more of electricity at the supply point in any 12-month period from the day on which this clause comes into operation.
