Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Boulder Hill West Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Boulder Hill West. The boundary of the Boulder Hill West protected area consists of the area labelled 'B' on Deposited Plan 425268. The Boulder Hill West Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
