Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is Merrimerica Hill. The boundary consists of Lot 77 on Deposited Plan 426274 and the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 426275. The Merrimerica Hill Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
