These regulations are the freedom of information amendment regulations (no. 2) 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the marketing of potatoes amendment and repeal act 2016 section 13 comes into operation. These regulations amend the freedom of information regulations 1993. In schedule 2 column 2 delete the item relating to the potato marketing corporation of western australia.
