Notice to all owners/occupiers of land within the City of Armadale that pursuant to Sections 33(1), 25(1a) and 24G(2) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, requirements apply to prevent bush fires. Fire prevention work must be carried out by November 30, 2021, and maintained until March 31, 2022. Details specific requirements for land greater than 5,000m2 and 5,000m2 or less, fuel depots, and hazard reduction. Camp or cooking fires are prohibited during the Prohibited Burning Time.
