Notice is given to owners/occupiers of land within the Shire of Murray. Council approved requirements to prevent bush fires under Section 33(1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Fire prevention work must be carried out by 30 November each year or within 14 days of becoming the owner/occupier, and maintained until 30 April the following year. Details specific fire prevention requirements for rural, special rural, residential, and other zoned land.
