Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8th march, 2022, are required by the trustee karen dianne patricia mitchell, of 36 leake street, bayswater, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of the publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
