Publishes the prescribed amounts for workers' compensation payments for the financial year beginning 1 July 2022.

In accordance with section 315 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, I hereby publish for public information the following amounts for the financial year beginning 1 july 2022— (a) prescribed amount is $243,991. (b) amount a for the purposes of section 93f and 93k is $512,384; and (c) amount c for the purposes of schedule 1, clause 11 is $2,872. The full schedule of payments titled “indexation of workers’ compensation payments 2022/23” is available from the workcover wa website at www.workcover.wa.gov.au or by contacting workcover wa advice and assistance on 1300 794 744.
