Made by the chief psychiatrist under section 544 of the act. This order is the mental health service (approval for electroconvulsive therapy) order 2023. This order comes into operation on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the mental health service specified in schedule 1 to this order is approved to perform electroconvulsive therapy (ect).
