It is hereby notified for public information that Stephanie Swain has been appointed as a Ranger and Fire Control Officer for the City of Bunbury and is authorised on behalf of the Council of the City of Bunbury to administer the following legislation within the district of the City of Bunbury— Dog Act 1976 (as amended) Dog Regulations 2013—as Authorised Person and Registration Officer Cat Act 2011—as Authorised Person Local Government Act 1995—as Authorised Person Litter Act 1979, Regulations and amendments—as Authorised Officer Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Act 1978—as Authorised Officer Pound Keeper pursuant to the provision of Part XX of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 Bush Fires Act 1954, Regulations and amendments A Bush Fire Control Officer in accordance with the Bush Fires Act 1954 (as amended) Sections 33, 59 and 59A All City of Bunbury Local Laws—as Authorised Person Make and swear complaints and take proceedings on behalf of the City of Bunbury Council All previous appointments for the following person are hereby cancelled— Stephanie Swain This appointment remains valid until the person appointed is no longer appointed to that office.
