These regulations amend the Fire Brigades Regulations 1943. Includes amendments to regulations regarding disciplinary actions, targeted drugs, and employment provisions. The FES Commissioner may declare a drug or substance to be a targeted drug. The FES Commissioner must conduct an inquiry in relation to a disciplinary charge made against an employee as soon as practicable.
