These regulations are the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Regulations 2022. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal. The rest of the regulations commence on the day Veterinary Practice Act 2021 section 197 comes into operation. These regulations amend the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1982.
