I, Hon Stephen Dawson, Minister for Environment, acting pursuant to section 18 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (“the Act”), delegate all my powers and duties conferred or imposed by sections 38(6), 38(7), 44(3), 48D(3) and 45C of the Act. Pursuant to section 59(2) of the Interpretation Act 1984 the delegation of the powers referred to in the sections of the Act listed above shall be deemed to include the delegation of any duty incidental thereto or connected therewith.
