This order is the Electricity Industry Exemption Amendment Order 2022. This order amends the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005. An FMG entity is exempt from the Electricity Industry Act 2004 section 7(4) in relation to the sale of electricity transported, or to be transported, by the Pilbara Energy Connection to IB Operations Pty Ltd or another FMG entity.
