These regulations amend the state administrative tribunal regulations 2004. In schedule 6 delete the item relating to the fair trading (retirement villages interim code) regulations (no. 2) 2021 and insert: fair trading (retirement villages code) regulations 2022 sch. 1 cl. 22(3).
