Pursuant to section 36 of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (WA) you as the owner of the house, have a right to apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) for a review of this decision. Your application must be made within 60 (sixty) days of the date of this notice or within any further period allowed by the Tribunal following an application by you for an extension of time within which to apply for a review.
