Joyce winston late of 3/30 hackney street, kalbarri wa 6536, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 23 march 2021, are required by the executor, derek finch, to send particulars of their claims to him at 8 brancourt cr, narara, nsw 2250 by 19 september 2021, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
