Made by the fes commissioner of the department of fire and emergency services under section 18(2) of the bush fires act 1954. Amends schedule 1 by deleting the restricted burning times of the shire of plantagenet and inserting new times for the east and west zones.

Appoints Fire Weather Officers for the Shire of Kulin and cancels all previous appointments.
