Town of Bassendean Local Planning Scheme No. 11. This local planning scheme is the Town of Bassendean Scheme No. 11. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. Local Planning Scheme No. 10 Gazettal date 24 June 2008 as amended is revoked. The Town of Bassendean is the local government responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this Scheme.
