Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, ellen bourke who died on 24 october 2023, are required by the executors michael john bourke, jennifer ann maughan and elizabeth jane bourke to send particulars of their claim to zafra legal of level 10, 105 st georges terrace, perth wa 6000 by the date one (1) month from the publication date of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
