These regulations amend the Radiation Safety (Transport of Radioactive Substances) Regulations 2002. Key changes include updates to definitions related to the International Atomic Energy Agency Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Material and the Code for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Material (2019), RPS C-2 (Rev. 1).
