These regulations amend the Retirement Villages Regulations 1992. Updates the definition of 'Code' to refer to the Interim Code of Practice for Retirement Villages (No. 2) 2021 set out in the Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations (No. 2) 2021 Schedule 1. Amends Schedule 1 Form 1 notes 15, 17, and 19, and Schedule 1 Form 1A note 10 to reflect the updated code.
