Made under the consumer protection legislation amendment act 2019 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the consumer protection legislation amendment act 2019 commencement proclamation 2019. The consumer protection legislation amendment act 2019 part 6 and section 67 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
