Made under the Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2019 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2019 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2019. The Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2019, other than Parts 1 and 6 and section 67, comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
