It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River Local Planning Scheme amendment on 18 January 2024 for the purpose of— (a) amending the Scheme Map by including Lot 80 Burnside Road, Burnside in a Rural Residential Area designated R-R 44 as depicted on the scheme amendment map; and (b) inserting the following into Schedule 7.
