It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 June 2023 for the purpose of amending the scheme maps by rezoning Lot 102 Bussell Highway, Karridale from 'Priority Agriculture' to 'Future Development' zone and including Lot 102 Bussell Highway, Karridale in a Structure Plan Area (SPA) designated SPA37.
