Announces the 2024 sittings of the District Court of Western Australia, including civil and criminal sittings in Perth and other locations.

Pursuant to the powers conferred by the District Court of Western Australia Act 1969 I hereby appoint the following sittings of the District Court for the year 2024. Civil sittings at Perth commence on Tuesday 9 January and continue until Monday 23 December, except for the Winter Recess and public holidays. Criminal sittings at Perth commence on various dates. Civil and Criminal sittings at other places are listed. The Winter Recess for 2024 shall commence on Sunday 30 June 2024 and shall terminate on Sunday 14 July.
