These rules amend the District Court Rules 2005. They come into operation as follows: rules 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, and the rest of the rules on the 14th day after that day. The rules address definitions, interlocutory applications, countermanding entry for trial, medical reports, expert medical evidence, and other expert evidence in personal injury cases.
