Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 may 2019, are required by the trustee of the late david douglas smith, c/- mountains lawyers, [contact details redacted] trustee within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
