The council of the City of Cockburn resolved on 9 November 2017 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Cockburn Standing Orders Amendment Local Law No. 2 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day of its publication in the Government Gazette. The City of Cockburn Standing Orders local law 2016 published in the Government Gazette on 22 September 2016, and amended on 21 March 2017 is referred to as the principal local law.
