Pursuant to section 266(7)(c) of the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018, Paula Tomkins, Acting Executive Director On-demand Transport, delegate of the CEO of the Department of Transport, gives notice that the codes or subsidiary legislation adopted by reference in the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2020 can be inspected or obtained free of charge at the listed locations.
