Made under the Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2016 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2017. The Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2016 sections 4, 6 to 9, 11 and 17 and Part 3 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
