Made under the firefighters and emergency volunteers legislation amendment (compensation) act 2016 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the firefighters and emergency volunteers legislation amendment (compensation) act 2016 commencement proclamation 2017. The firefighters and emergency volunteers legislation amendment (compensation) act 2016 part 4 comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
