These regulations amend the Sentence Administration Regulations 2003. Regulation 3D is amended. Part 2A is inserted regarding post-sentence supervision orders. Prescribed hours of community corrections activities for PSSO (s. 74G) are defined. The CEO may notify the Commissioner of Police of suspected breach of PSSO.
