These regulations amend the Restraining Orders Regulations 1997. Various regulations are amended, including regulations 2A, 3, 6, 6A, 6B, 6D, 8, 9, 9A, 10A, 12, 13, 14, 14A, 15, and Schedule 1. The regulations relate to violence restraining orders (VRO) and family violence restraining orders (FVRO).
