I, Simon Alan Moore, Acting Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extends the exemption originally declared on 16 January 2017 and published in the Government Gazette dated 27 January 2017 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 15 January 2025.
