Extends exemptions from Divisions 1 of 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978 for a period of two years expiring on 8 May 2027. Locality: Ord River—Kimberley Mineral Field. Description of Land: All areas within the Ord River System are displayed in TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
