Notice Text

Made by the chief psychiatrist under section 539 of the Mental Health Act 2014. This order may be cited as the Mental Health (Authorised Mental Health Practitioners) Revocation Order (No. 3) 2017. Clauses 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, clause 3 on the day after. The designation of authorised mental health practitioners specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.
