Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 24/01/2017, are required by the personal representatives Delphine Sandra Richard c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, [contact details redacted] c/- dwyer durack, gpo box m931, perth, wa 6843 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 01/12/2021, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
