Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 17/04/2021, are required by the personal representatives Terence Michael Carpene and Paul Francis Carpene c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to them by the 01/12/2021, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
