Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 july 2018, are required by the administrator, jennifer anne votskos of unit 3, [contact details redacted] their claims within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
