In the matter of the estate of beryl isobel ann pfau, late of windsor park aged care home, carlisle, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, beryl isobel ann pfau, who died on 9th of may 2020 are required by the executor, robert gotthard pfau, of [contact details redacted], to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims which he then has notice.
